When and where can I collect the motorhome?
Our weekly hire commences from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday
Collection times are from 1.00 p.m. To 5.00 p.m. and return times between 8.30 a.m. & 9.30 a.m.
Our vehicles are available to collect from our hire centre in Bridgwater, Somerset and should be returned to this address
Are your Motorhomes fully insured ?
All our motorhomes are covered by comprehensive insurance, which covers the hirer / driver. It does not cover your personal items,
we would advise you take out holiday insurance as with any holiday to fully protect yourself.
How many drivers are permitted ?
The price covers one named driver, additional drivers may be added at an additional charge of £35 per driver per week.( 3 Max)
All drivers must meet the requirements as listed in our terms and conditions
What is the £500 Damage Deposit for?
The Damage Deposit is the sum you deposit with us over and above the hire charge, This acts as an insurance excess during your hire.
This is fully returnable provided the vehicle is returned clean, undamaged, and with empty waste tanks. In the event of an insurance claim for
damage to the hire vehicle the cost of the damage or claim will be deducted from your deposit.
Are your motorhomes fitted with seat belts?
All our vehicles are fitted with seat belts for forward-facing passengers
Do you allow your motorhomes to be taken abroad?
We do allow our motorhomes to be taken abroad. Hirers traveling abroad will require additional insurance
Do You Allow Animals in your vehicles ?
We are sorry but for the comfort of all our guests we cannot allow any animals into the motorhomes
Is smoking allowed in your motorhomes ?
Smoking is not permitted, for the benefit of other users your co-operation would be appreciated.
How old are your hire vehicles ?
All of our vehicles are new in 2006 or 2007
Do you hire all year round?
Yes we hire motorhomes throughout the year, all the motorhomes have dual fuel gas / electric heating with ducted blown air.
Is there a TV in our Motorhome ?
Yes we supply all of our vehicles fitted with a TV and DVD player
Would you be able to collect us from a railway station / airport ?
Yes we would be able to collect you. The nearest railway station is only 1 mile away and Bristol international is 20 miles,
collection is complimentary
Do you supply kitchen and dining utensils?
Yes. The list of equipment for each vehicle is shown on the description pages.
Is bedding supplied with the motorhome ?
We don’t supply bedding, most people prefer to supply their own, although we can obtain sleeping bags and pillows if you are
traveling from abroad.
Do you have minimum hire periods ?
Hire periods during high season are for 7 or 14 nights (for longer periods ask us for prices) but in medium and low seasons we do
3 and 4 night breaks. We will always try to accommodate your needs where possible.
Can my vehicle be left at your premises?
A: You can leave your car with us for the duration of the hire free of charge, this is entirely at the owner's risk and we cannot accept
responsibility for any loss or damage. Please be aware that we need to retain the keys to any vehicle left with us in case of emergency.
