Alugas Lightweight Refillable LPG Cylinder with Gauge
This new all aluminium light weight refillable cylinder weighs just 6.3kg when empty and holds 21.7 litres of useable LPG when filled to 80% (11KG).
This type of cylinder is becoming very popular as a replacement to exchange cylinders for motorhomes users, giving them the same advantages as having a fixed bulk tank. With the flexibility to fit one or two cylinders to one external autogas filler point and to link directly to your existing regulator, they can be filled from forecourt filling stations in the UK and across Europe (with the use of two filler adapters).
The gauge is only to give an indication of content in the cylinder and is not an exact measurement of content.
The gauge starts moving at around 13.8 litres of remaining liquid LPG and moves from the green zone to the yellow zone and then finally to the red zone.
When the gauge is showing empty, you have approximately 6 litres of gas in reserve and require to be re filled.
